Wyoming Dietetics Licensing Board
The Dietetics Licensing Board was created during the 2011 legislative session by the passage of Senate Enrolled Act #74 which established the Dietetics Practice Act, Wyoming Statutes 33-47-101 through 33-47-110.

- Chapter 2 - Uniform Rules for Contested Case Practice and Procedure, adopted by the Office of Administrative Hearings and effective on July 20, 2017
- Code of Ethics for the Nutrition and Dietetics Profession, adopted by AND/CDR and effective on June 1, 2018
- Chapter 2 - Uniform Procedures, Fees, Costs, and Charges for Inspection, Copying, and Producing Public Records, adopted by the Department of Administration and Information and effective on September 6, 2016
The Board may clarify a requirement in the Rule or Statute by drafting an advisory. Licensees are expected to be familiar with, and adhere to, any drafted advisories.
