Wyoming Dietetics Licensing Board
Creation of the Board
The Wyoming Legislature created the Dietetics Licensing Board in 2011 through the passage of Senate Enrolled Act #74 to protect the welfare of the public by regulating the practice of dietetics.
The ultimate responsibility of the Board is to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Wyoming by ensuring that those individuals licensed to provide dietetic services in the state are duly qualified.
The Board is legislatively empowered to provide for the licensure and regulations of dietitians practicing in Wyoming. The board consists of three (3) members appointed by the governor for a term of three (3) years.
