Renewal notices for those expiring June 30, 2018 were mailed on March 21, 2018.

If your license to practice as an dietitian in Wyoming expires on June 30, 2018 and is not renewed, your license shall be considered lapsed and you may no longer legally practice as an dietitian in the state of Wyoming.

The complete renewal application must be POSTMARKED no later than June 15, 2018 in order to meet the renewal deadline. Any renewals postmarked after June 15, 2018 and prior to June 30, 2018 will be charged an additional $25.00 late fee for a total of $225.00. The Rules do not provide exceptions to this requirement.

Please be aware the Board will NOT accept cash.

Dietitians licensed in the State are required to maintain 30 hours of continuing education every two (2) years. Please ensure the continuing education you submit is earned July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018. You must either attach verification for proof of attendance for each course completed and list these in #6 of the renewal form or you may provide a copy of your CDR Log instead.

Your submitted continuing education content must be related to your scope of practice. Please remember, while continuing education courses may apply to your job, it does not mean it applies to your scope of practice.

To avoid frequent issues with license renewals, please read the instructions carefully.

The Wyoming Dietetics Licensing Board is staffed through the Professional Licensing Boards Office, a division of A&I.
